About the event
This forum is a to provide information related to the implementation of EO 14321 in the hopes to do the following:
1. Foster a two-way dialogue where community members can voice their opinions, concerns and suggestions.
2. Understand the tangible impact of this EO on the STL and surrounding communities.
3. Develop local capacity/collaboration to directly address the impact of the civil commitment policy. This should include a list of agencies/organizations that provide housing referrals, mental health and substance abuse services in St. Louis and surrounding areas.
4. Create an actionable feedback loop so transparency is done to maintain trust and create a roadmap for implementing future policy.
